How to Request Services
- Request Services: Fill out the form below and indicate what you are interested in and submit. You can also reach out to connectingwithnoelle@gmail.com with any questions.
- Consultation: After receiving your Service Request Form, either through email or a brief phone conversation, we will communicate to get clarity about what you are hoping to accomplish and if I can be of service to you. A free 15 minute consultation is available and offered to answer any questions about whether it is appropriate to work together.
- Client Agreement & Disclosure Form: Once we have agreed on the service(s) you want, you will receive my Client Agreement & Disclosure via email. You will need to review, electronically sign and return my Client Agreement & Disclosure before services can be scheduled.
- Schedule Session: We will communicate via email, text or phone (your preference) to find a suitable time for the session or you may receive a link to use Calendly to schedule your reading. Please allow extra time for your session – sessions are over when the work feels complete, not when the timer goes off.
- Invoice & Payment: You can pay or be invoiced from your choice of Venmo or Paypal.
- Session:
- For virtual sessions – You will receive a Zoom link prior to session time. These sessions will be recorded for record-keeping purposes and are shared unless otherwise requested. Recordings cannot be guaranteed if there are computer issues. Recordings are kept confidential.
- For phone sessions – You will receive a phone call at the scheduled time for the session.
- Receive Session Recording: Zoom recordings will be emailed shortly after session for future viewing.
