Ego Readings

Have you been wondering why certain fears, patterns, or protective habits seem to keep repeating, even when part of you knows they’re no longer serving you?

Most of us think of the ego as the part of ourselves driven by fear, self-protection, approval, or the need to stay in control. That understanding isn’t wrong, but my own experiences led me to discover something I never expected.

The Story Behind These Readings

During a mediumship development class, I encountered what I came to understand as my energetic Ego—a member of my Spiritual Team whose role I never imagined existed.

As I began connecting with her, she gently guided me through a series of deeply personal experiences with younger parts of myself that were still carrying old hurts, fears, and beliefs. Through those experiences, I began healing old wounds with a compassion I hadn’t been able to offer myself before.

The healing I experienced didn’t come from fixing myself. It came from discovering that I already had the capacity to treat myself with love. As that happened, I was finally able to face—and begin relaxing—the protective patterns that had kept me feeling stuck for so many years. Those experiences didn’t simply change how I saw myself—they changed the way I understood healing itself.

One of the most important things I came to understand was that my energetic Ego was never the source of my egoic patterns. Those remained mine to understand and work through. What my energetic Ego offered was loving support that allowed me to own my behavior without shame. That distinction fundamentally changed the way I relate to myself, and it continues to shape the way I relate to others to this day.

What to Expect During a Reading

During an Ego Reading, I invite your energetic Ego to communicate through my intuition. Every Ego presents a little differently. Some are humorous. Others are remarkably direct. Some offer gentle encouragement, while others lovingly challenge us to see ourselves more clearly. Regardless of how they communicate, they consistently do so from a place of love, helping us understand the protective parts of ourselves with greater compassion instead of judgment and creating a little more freedom to choose differently.

My hope is that you leave this reading with a kinder relationship with yourself, a deeper understanding of the parts of you that have been trying to keep you safe, and a renewed sense of freedom to choose what truly serves you moving forward.
