Plugging Along Together

Hope your summer was summery—a bit of relaxation, time in the sun, and a reminder of vacation.

There’s a lot going on over here. I’m working on becoming more aware of the energies and available connections around me. Trying to understand and learn to keep setting better energetic boundaries—an ongoing lesson.

I’m taking a trance channeling class and feeling a connection to a past life where this seems to have been the work I did. Re-engaging with it now feels pretty magical, as does so much of connecting with the other side. I hope it will always live for me as a bit surreal and wondrous, no matter how familiar it becomes.

Our in-person mediumship development circle continues to meet on Sundays, and I’m learning right alongside everyone else—although some of my lessons are about teaching. The therapist in me can still be very quick to jump in, problem-solve and help. I’m becoming increasingly aware that sometimes the better thing I can do is step back and give people more room to practice, experiment, discover what works for them and build trust in their own connection. Apparently, after all these years, I am still learning how to get out of the way. 🙂

I’m also experimenting with something I’m calling Ambassador Sessions. The idea is to work with two people who love each other—one here and one on the other side—and help them begin developing their own way of communicating with each other. I may serve as a bridge at first, but the real hope is that eventually they won’t need me, or another medium, in the middle at all. It’s very new, moderately working so far, and I’m genuinely curious to see what I learn from it.

Updating the Website…and Being on the Path

I’ve spent a lot of time reworking my website lately. At some point, it became about much more than changing words and rearranging pages. It reminds me a little of working with a ball of clay. You start with something you can feel but can’t quite see yet. You shape it, look at it, reshape it, sometimes throw something out entirely and start again. But if you stay with it long enough, there can be a moment when you look at what you’ve made and think, Yes. That’s it. That’s what I was trying to express.

I’m very familiar with not knowing exactly what I want. Sometimes it’s much easier to know what I don’t want than what I do. When it comes to spirituality, intuition, connection, and all the wonderfully nuanced ways those things can show up in our lives, it can be especially difficult to put what we’re looking for into words.

I am committed to my own growth as a person, as an intuitive, and as a medium. Most often, I am either in or registered for one or two mediumship-focused classes. I’ve realized that who I choose to explore with can matter just as much as what I’m exploring. Finding someone whose way of teaching, thinking, and being resonates with me can create that feeling of I want to learn from this person. There’s a kind of discernment and self-trust in that, and it helps me enjoy the journey so much more.

If you are on the hunt for something, you also don’t have to know exactly what you’re looking for. You don’t have to know what kind of support you need. You might simply know that something in you is asking to be explored, understood, developed, or expressed. Wherever you are in your journey of becoming more attuned and connected to yourself, your inner world, the energy around you, and those in spirit who love you, I hope you find the people, places, and things that feel right to explore that with.

For me, I think I’ve reached a point where I can see more clearly what I have to offer—and I feel genuinely proud that I can offer it with clarity, love, and truly with joy.

I hope this new version of the website feels a bit like an open-house invitation: Come on in, look around, get a feel for yourself, ask any questions, and see if what is being offered suits you.

If I’m not the person you’re looking for, I truly hope you find the person who is—and that you enjoy this journey of digging and discovery along the way.

How to Tell the Difference Between Intuition and Anxiety (And Why Anxiety Can Override Your Intuition)

Many people wonder how to tell the difference between intuition and anxiety, and assume intuition becomes stronger during difficult or stressful times. In my experience working with intuition and mediumship, the opposite is often true.

Intuition is usually quiet. It typically feels calm and steady. It may show up as a quiet sense of clarity, a subtle feeling in the body, or a simple knowing that doesn’t demand immediate action.

Anxiety, on the other hand, often feels pressured and intense, pushing us to figure something out right away. When our minds are filled with worry or urgency—whether it involves personal challenges or global issues—our nervous system becomes focused on scanning for danger and trying to solve problems quickly. The noise in our heads and the feelings in our bodies can feel loud, urgent, and repetitive. Loved ones in spirit may also have a harder time getting our attention and helping us feel their presence because we are so distracted by the bigger energy of worry. Because of all this, anxiety can easily override the subtle signals of intuitive knowing.

The most effective way to reconnect with intuition is usually not to try harder, but to calm the nervous system. Taking a walk, breathing slowly, journaling about what is actually bothering you, stepping away from a stressful situation, or giving yourself space to settle can help quiet the internal noise. When the mind becomes calmer, intuition often becomes easier to recognize again, and it can also become easier to notice the presence and support of loved ones in spirit.

Relaunching Podcast

If you follow Mediumship Sparks, you might have noticed it’s been a few months since you’ve heard something new. The company I was working with to produce it went out of business. There was no way I could continue sharing the podcast the way it was set up.

It’s taken several check-in’s with Source, some getting over myself and lots of time learning new apps. Last week I shared the trailer for Mediumship Sparks-The Next Chapter. It is available wherever you get your podcasts (long list) including the video versions on YouTube.

There are some exciting episodes in the works including an interview with my recently ‘crossed over’ sister, my cat who suddenly has a lot to share but only with an audience of more than me and much more. The LimitLessNess of mediumship continues to impress me and impress upon me how constantly amazing this gift and how we can use it to help us feel connected, heal, find more joy and understand how to live more in the flow. Here is the link: https://pod.link/1837277664. If you have any feedback or suggestions, I would appreciate them. Take good care of yourself.

About the Podcast

I broke into podcasting last year with two very different projects. One of those is my podcast, Mediumship Sparks. If you’ve been a listener-thank you! If you haven’t, I’d like to think you would find it interesting. Each episode is an interview with another person or energetic being about something interesting they want to share. My grandparents have shared insightful references about life, spiritual development and living our journey. The Cancer and Dementia Collectives shared about their contribution to helping us live. It’s been a collaboration with the other side as well as slightly so with a company I was paying to help produce and distribute the episodes.

That company went out of business in June. Despite a few requests to change it, my podcast on all platforms remains under their name and ownership. I will be starting the podcast anew. I am putting all the pieces together including fresh artwork, clearer intentions and learning how to manage it myself. It will be called Mediumship Sparks The Next Chapter. I hope you will give it a try if you haven’t before. Please follow if you enjoy it and share with others you believe would resonate. It will be launching soon. I will post about it here. Stay tuned and thanks for reading 🙂

The Countdown Begins

I’m very excited (and a tiny bit nervous) about the new Mediumship Development Circle. We are starting next Sunday, June 1st, 12:00-2:00 at Return to Wholeness Metaphysical Shop in Poway, CA. Each week will be a bit different. No skill level required. I loved my first development circle – it was inviting, engaging, fun, interesting, inclusive and always a bit surprising. It’s my intention to make this one just as good. Please RSVP to connectingwithnoelle@gmail.com or write with any questions. Would love to see you there!

Three Updates

Hi. Wanted to share about a few things you might want to know about.

1- We are starting a weekly, in-person Mediumship Development Circle beginning June 1st. It will be Sundays, 12-2 p.m. at Return to Wholeness 13514 Pomerado Road, Poway, CA 92064. Please join if you can. It should be wonderful. It will be donation based.

2- The third episode in the “Are you ‘Crazy’ or (spiritually) Connected?” series on my Mediumship Sparks podcast aired today on YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn – all through the Bold Brave TV site. The audio versions are on most major streaming platforms. The original intention was to normalize how accessing our deeper intuitive skills can make us feel uncertain about our connection to reality and to learn more about what we fear might be happening to us. I don’t have enough distance from recording it to speculate about what you might get out of listening. Let me just say that it involves a young man with Schizophrenia, an energy/entity named Ohmar, an overly confident Medium (that’s me) and some big lessons learned. If you listen, please let me know what you think about all of it. There is also a slew of videos about this journey on my YouTube channel.

3- After a three year hiatus, also known as an avoidant person’s normal behavior, I am starting to engage again with the channeled book about our energetic Egos. If you’ve had an Ego reading with me and would like to share any feedback about that experience or any results, please contact me. I would be so grateful to hear about it.

Hope this finds you well, feeling relatively balanced and finding your own way to happiness and a satisfying level of spiritual connection. Wishing you the best! N
